Job Description:
As the Global Supply Chain Manager, you will play a pivotal role
in managing and optimizing our end-to-end supply chain operations,
ensuring seamless coordination, efficiency, and excellence in the
delivery of FF&E solutions.Client DetailsMy client is an
industry leader in the FF&E IndustryDescriptionStrategic
Planning:Develop and implement a comprehensive global supply chain
strategy aligned with company objectives.Collaborate with
cross-functional teams to align supply chain initiatives with
overall business goals.Supplier Management:Identify and evaluate
global FF&E suppliers, negotiating favorable terms and
agreements.Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers
to ensure quality, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.Logistics
and Distribution:Oversee international logistics, ensuring timely
and cost-effective transportation of FF&E products.Collaborate
with logistics partners to optimize distribution networks and
minimize lead times.Inventory Management:Implement efficient
inventory control measures to minimize carrying costs while meeting
customer demands.Develop and execute inventory replenishment
strategies to ensure product availability.Quality
Assurance:Establish and maintain rigorous quality control processes
to uphold product standards.Collaborate with suppliers to implement
continuous improvement initiatives for product quality.Cost
Optimization:Identify opportunities for cost reduction within the
supply chain without compromising quality or service.Implement
cost-effective measures and monitor key performance
indicators.ProfileBachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management,
Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree
preferred.7+ years of experience in FF&E supply chain
management with a focus on the hospitality and residential B2B
industry.Strong working knowledge of international, federal, state
and local laws and regulations affecting the procurement of
FF&E productsProven track record of successfully managing
global supply chain operations.Strong negotiation, communication,
and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in supply chain software and
