This Application Engineer Position Features:

This position will provide technical support on all aspects of the CNC-Turning Centers and CNC-Machining Centers Applications, assisting product distributors and product end users. This position requires the day to day management and coordination of individual projects, resources, and deadlines working along with a team of application engineers.

A degree in Engineering or a closely related discipline/major and/or a minimum of 10-15 years? experience in this role. Must have experience with Engineering Management. Strong understanding of Machine Tool applications.

? Sets up CNC machines and tooling for in-house product demonstrations as well as for product promotion events such as machine tool shows.

? Provides product applications support to customers and to distributor's applications personnel via telephone or by correspondence.

? High degree of technical knowledge with respect to machine tools, robots, control and electro/mechanical systems

? Excellent accuracy, data analysis, and attention to detail

? Professional and confidential information handling

? Proficient with computers, internet, CDS, and Oracle

? Ability to use MS Office

? MS Project

? CNC, PLC, and Fanuc Robot knowledge experience

? SAP Experience
