Job Description Facility Payroll Ambassador (Payroll
Coordinator) New York, NY , 10004 Day Shift-8:00 AM-4:30 PM 8-hour
shift- 40 hours(weekly) Key Responsibilities Provide professional
customer service to employees while adhering to corporate payroll
policies and procedures Resolve employee payroll and timekeeping
inquiries using system tools, reports, and internal guidelines
Identify and escalate complex payroll issues while ensuring proper
follow-up and resolution Create and maintain ServiceNow tickets to
track escalated requests Complete payroll and timekeeping related
forms Assist employees with troubleshooting and navigation of ESS,
MSS, and ERC platforms Collaborate with Payroll and HR teams to
resolve employee issues Provide backup support for the Payroll
Shared Services Call Center Participate in training sessions to
stay updated on payroll systems, policies, and procedures Support
special projects and perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required Bachelor’s
Degree preferred Minimum 1 year of experience in: Payroll
preparation Timesheet preparation and reconciliation Customer
service or payroll operations Strong computer and technology skills
Experience using enterprise systems and payroll tools preferred
Professional Competencies Strong organizational and multitasking
abilities Ability to manage high-volume inquiries and work under
pressure Excellent research and problem-solving skills Strong
written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage
escalations and provide excellent customer service
