Job Description:

A healthcare services organization is seeking an Account Manager to build strong relationships with community partners and support referral growth by clearly communicating the organization’s services and care coordination. Responsibilities Include: Build and maintain relationships with home care agencies, assisted living facilities, and physician offices Educate partners on covered services, care coordination, and referral processes Serve as a reliable point of contact for referral partners and respond quickly to inquiries Coordinate internally to resolve partner issues and ensure smooth referrals Maintain consistent communication and follow through on outstanding issues Ideal Qualifications: Strong relationship-building and communication skills Ability to manage multiple partner relationships and inquiries Excellent problem-solving and follow-up abilities Professional presence and strong interpersonal skills Ability to coordinate across internal teams to resolve issues Salary : $80k - $100k/Year To apply, please send your resume to Koppel@bhirednyc.com
