hour during training, depending on experience. Earning potential

plumbing leaks within residential and commercial properties, as

our work highly impactful. As a Technician, you will be responsible
for performing critical leak detection and repair services. Highly
skilled technicians possess the ability to analyze complex
situations, formulate appropriate questions, and adhere to a
systematic approach. They utilize advanced electronic equipment to
identify leaks in underground piping, swimming pools, and sewer
systems, among other applications. This is a career, not just a

Detection & Repair: • Conduct electronic leak detection for pools,
spas, plumbing & fire-suppression systems, and sewer lines. •
Perform minor repairs, such as pool patches and epoxy sealing and
intensive excavation repairs on underground pool lines • Create job
scope to prepare repair estimates. Sales & Customer Interaction: •
Ensure accurate reporting and communication with clients. •
Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to safety protocols.
• Explain findings to customers, offering professional solutions to
resolve leaks. • Sell repair services and secure customer approval
for additional work. Administrative Duties: • Complete service
reports with detailed findings and recommendations. • Process
payments and update client records in company systems. • Maintain
company vehicle and proper inventory of parts and equipment. Team
Collaboration: • Communicate with management and colleagues to
ensure job readiness. • Assist in training new technicians and
supporting overall operations. QualificationsMust-Have Skills: •
Ability to swim and work in underwater environments (wet suits and
gear provided). • Occasionally lift up to 50 lbs and work in
confined spaces. • Mechanically inclined ( experience using power
tools is a plus) • Experience in a related field is preferred, but
we provide extensive paid training. • Strong verbal and written
communication skills, along with strong attention to details. Good
hearing is a must • Basic understanding of plumbing systems,
including PVC, copper, and PEX. • Clean driving record and ability
to pass a criminal background check. Preferred Experience: •
Background in plumbing, pool maintenance, or leak detection. •
Knowledge of pool balancing, seasonal closures, or advanced repair
techniques. • Comfort with technology and computer navigation. •
Licensed plumbers are highly encouraged to apply (premium pay
