commercial service repairs, installations, and preventative
maintenance Accurately diagnose plumbing, heating, no-heat, and
no-hot-water issues Handle basic drain cleaning and heating-related
service calls Present solutions using a professional,
good-better-best approach Use Housecall Pro (HCP) to manage calls,
estimates, and customer communication Deliver high-level customer
service with confidence, clarity, and integrity Maintain clean,
safe, and professional job sites —every call, every time What We’re
Looking For Proven service plumbing experience (residential and/or
commercial) Strong knowledge of modern plumbing methods, codes, and
materials Comfortable handling heating systems and
no-heat/no-hot-water calls HVAC or furnace experience is a strong
plus Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Experience
with Housecall Pro or ServiceTitan preferred Bilingual
(English/Spanish) a plus Professional, reliable, and team-first
mindset Compensation That Rewards Performance $28 – $40/hour , paid
weekly Commission Bracket System – the more you produce, the higher
