We are seeking a motivatedArchitectural Project
Manager/architectural draftsmantooversee and design architectural
projects. The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in
architecture and project management, combined with strong client
relationship and internal people management skills. Key
Responsibilities: Architectural Project Management: Lead and manage
architectural projects from inception to completion, ensuring
timely delivery, budget adherence, and quality standards. Actively
involved in productiondrafting Collaborate with clients,
stakeholders, and team members to define project objectives,
requirements, and deliverables. Maintain project schedules, and
progress reports. Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning
laws, and safety regulations. Coordinate with external consultants,
contractors, and suppliers to deliver exceptional results.
Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Architecture, Project
Management, or a related field. 5- 7 years of experience in
architectural project management and client brand support. 5-7
years of experience as an architectural designer on multi-family
residential (plus) and commercial fit-outs (Offices (General &
Medical), Industrial/Warehousing, Retail, Salons and more)
Commercial experience is required. Proficiency in project
management software and architectural design tools (e.g.,Revit
(4years) Required, AutoCADa plus). Excellent communication,
relationship-building, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage
multiple projects and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced
environment. Professional licensure in architecture (preferred).
