We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Bilingual Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the dynamic New York Metro Area. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food sales, specifically within the retail and supermarket sector. Fluency in both English and Chinese is essential. Responsibilities:High-performing self starter to achieve and exceed sales targets within the New York Metro Area. Develop and implement strategic plans for market expansion, focusing on retail and supermarket channels. Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with key accounts. Effectively communicate with clients, suppliers, and internal teams in both English and Chinese. Ensure clear understanding and alignment of objectives.Build and maintain strong relationships with retail and supermarket clients. Understand their needs and provide customized solutions to drive sales growth.Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to penetrate the market and stay ahead of competitors. Stay informed about industry trends and market dynamics.Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to the senior management team. Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.Qualifications:Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese required.Proven experience in food sales, with a focus on retail and supermarket channels.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.Results-oriented with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.Willingness to travel within the New York Metro Area as required.Education and Experience:Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in food sales
