The Partner Account Manager plays a key role in developing tailored solutions, fostering growth, and supporting Salesforce's strategic goals.Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Partnership Development: Collaborate with global leaders to develop and implement growth strategies, including co-selling, marketing, and industry initiatives.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including senior leadership, to drive alignment and success.
• Team Leadership and Collaboration: Lead cross-functional teams, manage initiatives, and ensure effective communication and execution.
• Business Review and Reporting: Lead quarterly business reviews, establish governance models, and oversee reporting and analytics to inform decision-making.
• Problem Solving and Adaptability: Navigate complex environments, resolve escalations, and adapt strategies as needed.Qualifications

• 10-15+ years in strategic partnership roles within SaaS/CRM sectors.
• Proven ability to drive revenue growth through GSI partnerships.
• Extensive industry network and knowledge of AI, market trends, and emerging technologies.
• Strong leadership, political acumen, and complex problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.Location & TravelLocations include New York, San Francisco, or Chicago.
