opportunity for an obstetrician gynecologist to join our growing
team of top-ranked physicians and make a difference in women's
lives every day! The selected candidate will play a key role in
delivering the full complement of high-quality women's healthcare

board-certified physicians at WPHPA Obstetrics & Gynecological
Partners, together with our Magnet-designated nurse practitioners
and registered nurses, provide highly individualized care,
including routine exams, prenatal care, maternity care, menopausal
concerns, and specialized gynecologic procedures. Highly
experienced in every aspect of maternity care, including high-risk
pregnancies and those requiring additional monitoring, we deliver
more than 1200 babies each year.Elevate your career alongside a

award-winning organization.This position is open to applicants of
all experience levels, from residency and postgraduate training
candidates to experienced Obstetrician
Gynecologists.Responsibilities include:
- Perform routine gynecological exams, including Pap smears,
pelvic exams, and breast exams
- Diagnose and treat gynecological conditions such as menstrual
disorders, hormonal problems, pelvic pain, infertility, sexual
dysfunction, and infections including urinary tract and sexually
transmitted infections (STIs)
- Provide family planning services, including contraceptive
counseling and procedures
- Provide comprehensive prenatal care, including high-risk
pregnancy management, labor and delivery, and postpartum care
- Perform surgeries and procedures as needed, including cesarean
sections, hysterectomies, laparoscopic surgeries and robotic
procedures for cancer and non-cancerous conditions
- Screen for and manage gynecological cancers, including
cervical, ovarian, and uterine cancers
- Educate patients on reproductive health, contraception,
pregnancy, and menopause management
- Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure
comprehensive and coordinated care for patients
- Interpret test results, diagnose patients' conditions, and
develop individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated
and integrated patient care
- Stay abreast of advancements in obstetrics & gynecologic
research and participate in continuing medical education to
maintain proficiency in the fieldSchedule and location:
- Ambulatory offices are open Monday - FridayQualifications:
- Medical Degree from an accredited university
- New York Medical License/Active NYS DEA
- Board Eligible or Board Certified in Obstetrics &
Gynecology
- Excellent communication, bedside manner, and organizational
skills
