Job Description:
Seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for a full-time position in
a pediatric stepdown unit in Wilmington, Delaware, working 72 hours
biweekly with rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Responsibilities include caring for post-operative, renal,
traumatic, and general surgical patients, utilizing advanced
equipment like ventilators, infusion pumps, and wound vacuums. The
unit emphasizes high-quality, cost-effective care with skills in
chest tube management, ventilator care, and blood product
administration. Qualifications include at least 6 months of nursing
experience, preference for pediatric experience, a BSN or
commitment to obtain one within three years, current DE nursing
license, BLS certification, and bilingual skills are a plus.
