About The Position We are seeking an Urgent Care Physician for a 3-week locum tenens assignment in New Jersey, starting Nov 1, 2025. This role involves providing care in an urgent care setting with day shifts, including seeing all patients before leaving and completing charts during working hours. Job Details - Location: New Jersey - Start Date: Nov 1, 2025 - LOA: 3 weeks - Provider Type Needed: Urgent Care Physician - Schedule: 8am-4pm, with patient intake until 8pm on weekdays and 4pm on weekends; providers must see all patients before leaving; scheduled dates: Nov 1, Nov 8, Nov 23 Responsibilities and Duties - Deliver urgent care services, including COVID-related care - Perform procedures such as suturing and splinting - Ensure all patients who arrive before intake cutoff are seen before leaving - Complete, sign, and close all charts with diagnoses during working hours to avoid delays - Utilize Epic EMR for documentation Additional Information - Must hold an active New Jersey medical license, DEA, and CDS - Experience with suturing and splinting required Benefits - Strong compensation - Travel-related expenses covered - A-rated medical malpractice insurance provided - Dedicated recruiter for future travel opportunities What are Locum Tenens Jobs?
