Registered Nurse (RN) | Long-Term Care Location: Philadelphia, PA Agency: Adelphi Medical Staffing Pay: $40 per hour Start Date: ASAP About the Position Summary: Ref : SM-U-1757 Specialty: RN - Long Term Care Job Type: Contract/ Per Diem Location: Philadelphia, PA Shifts: Day, Evening, Night (8, 10, or 12 hours) Rate: $40.3/hr Requirements: Must hold active RN license in practicing state. Experience in LTC, SNF, or geriatric nursing preferred. Strong clinical assessment and communication skills. BLS required; LTC certifications highly preferred. Responsibilities: Clinical Care: Assess resident condition; respond to changes promptly. Administer medications, treatments, and wound care. Compliance & Documentation: Document care accurately per LTC regulations. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams on care plans. Support & Education: Educate residents and families on care plans and goals. Maintain a safe and supportive resident environment.
