Overview: White Plains Hospital is seeking a dedicated Full-time
Emergency Medicine Physician to join our esteemed team. In this
pivotal role, you will provide top-notch care to patients in a
dynamic and fast-paced environment. As the busiest emergency
department in Westchester County, we treat 85,000 patients annually
in our adult and pediatric emergency departments. We offer full
ancillary and specialty support, including a state-of-the-art
simulation lab. About Us: White Plains Hospital, a proud member of
the Montefiore Health System, is a 292-bed Stroke Center with a
STEMI/Cath center. We are committed to delivering exceptional acute
and preventative medical care to our community while fostering an

inclusion, and compassionate care. Key Responsibilities: Work a mix
of 8, 9, 10, or 12-hour shifts, including rotating nights,
weekends, and holidays. Provide high-quality medical care in the
emergency department for adult and pediatric patients. Deliver
high-quality emergency medical care to a diverse patient
population. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure
optimal patient outcomes. Maintain a calm and effective approach in
high-pressure situations. Participate in departmental initiatives
to enhance patient care and operational efficiency. Qualifications:
Board Eligibility or Board Certification in Emergency Medicine.
Valid state medical license. Strong communication and interpersonal
skills. Ability to perform effectively under pressure. Salary &
Benefits: Salary Range: $360,000 - $449,000 based on years of
experience (excludes incentives based on quality measures and
