If so, Aspire Educational Services would love to hear from you! Weare seeking experienced and qualified Behavioral Consultants (LBS) to join our team of school-based ABA therapists. Aspire Educational Services is family owned with a personal interest in providing high quality treatment and services to students in our local community. In this role, you will: Provide comprehensive behavior analysis services to individuals with a primary focus on addressing behaviors that are impeding a students ability to learn in the school setting Conduct functional behavioral assessments and write reports summarizing results in accordance with state requirements and collaborates with teachers to design positive behavior support plans. Trains staff/teachers on implementing positive behavior support plans and function-based interventions and monitor fidelity. Support the implementation of school wide positive behavior supports framework at the school. Deliver professional development to our school partners. Develop positive relationships with our school partners and their staff. Work with students K-12 in various schools in Philadelphia and the surrounding suburbs local to you. Qualifications MUST have either a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certificate or PA Licensed Behavior Specialist designation. Masters degree from an accredited ABA program or equivalent academic credentials. Reliable transportation Willingness to work in school districts and charter schools in Philadelphia, Bucks, Montgomery, and Delaware Counties. Strong technical ABA skills Team Player - Have a desire to make a large impact in our small-but-growing agency.
