seeking a Medical Surgical Nurse a for a 13-week contract
assignment at a Prestigious Hospital in Honesdale, PA. Job
Function: /n - Day Shift. /n - 3x12. /n - Prepares and administers
(orally, subcutaneously, through an IV) and records prescribed
medications. /n - Reports adverse reactions to medications or
treatments in accordance with the policy regarding the
administration of medications by a licensed registered nurse. /n -
Educates patients on surgical procedures. Records patients’ medical
information and vital signs. /n - Monitors and adjusts specialized
equipment used on patients, and interprets and records electronic
displays. /n - Initiates corrective action whenever the patient. /n
- /n /n Job Requirements: /n - Graduate from an accredited School
of Nursing or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN). /n - Current
State RN license (or willingness to obtain). /n - 1-2 years of
acute care experience in this speciality. /n - BLS certification
