immediate opportunities in OCEAN COUNTY, NJ Join our Take Home Team
and make a lasting impact by delivering advanced, hands-on care in
the home setting. We are seeking highly skilled Licensed Practical
Nurses (LPNs) to help infants, children, and adults receive the
complex care they need where they feel safest—at home. This role is
ideal for experienced nurses who thrive in dynamic environments and
want to use their advanced skills to make a difference in patients'
lives every day. Payrates: Monday-Friday days: $40/hr
Monday-Thursday overnight: $42/hr Saturday-Sunday days: $45/hr
Friday-Sunday overnight: $47/hr As an Ocean County Take Home Team
LPN, you will: - Provide direct bedside nursing and personal care
for clients with medically complex needs - Support safe transitions
from hospital/rehab teams to ongoing home care - Deliver expert
clinical interventions and ensure continuity of care - Train and
mentor the ongoing care team to maintain the highest standards of
quality Qualifications for Take Home Team Licensed Practical
Nurses: - Have a current license as a Licensed Practical Nurse (
LPN ) - Home care trach/vent, NICU, PICU, or ICU experience
required - Achieve a passing score on high-tech Adult and Pediatric
simulations. - Hold current CPR certification - Ability to work in
a teaching setting to prepare and educate the ongoing BAYADA care
team - Availability to commit to an ongoing, consistent schedule -
Ability to travel throughout Ocean County Supported by a team
