The PTA will support physical therapists in delivering rehabilitation treatments to improve patient mobility and functional outcomes. This role involves collaborating with healthcare teams to provide high-quality care and ensure positive patient recovery experiences. Key Responsibilities Assist in implementing patient treatment plans under the supervision of a Physical Therapist Provide therapeutic exercises and mobility training Monitor patient progress and report updates to the Physical Therapist Document treatments and patient responses accurately Support patients with mobility, transfers, and rehabilitation activities Maintain a clean and safe treatment environment Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care Follow all safety and regulatory guidelines Requirements Active Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license in the state of New Jersey Associate degree from an accredited PTA program
