Job Description Job Description We have an exciting opportunity
to join our team as a Community Employment Specialist. HireAbility
offers a customized employment program to assist individuals living
with an intellectual disability, mental illness, physical
disability, or chronic disease by preparing them for employment.
Schedule: This is an on-call position responsible for providing
coverage when regular staff are unavailable, including filling in
for scheduled or unscheduled absences as needed. Major
Responsibilities: Manage assigned caseload to Develop, change and
track results of the job seeker’s goals. Match a job seekers
interests and abilities with available jobs. Look for new employers
and nurture relationships with existing employers. Conduct an
assessment of each job seeker. Focus on total life experiences, not
just work history, and interest. Support job seeker in obtaining an
interview for identified jobs. Attend interview if needed. Support
participants currently employed to increase skills, abilities,
hours, duties, authority as desired by participant. Requirements:
Reliable transportation. Associate's degree and 1 year experience
preferred The base pay for this is $22.00/hr. Base pay is one part
of the Total Compensation that JEVS Human Services provides to
