Job Description Job Description LHH Recruitment Solutions is
currently seeking a part-time Human Resources Coordinator who will
support the daily operations of the HR department with a strong
emphasis on payroll?related activities-including timesheet
collection, review, and issue resolution-as well as broader HR
administrative functions. This role ensures accurate data flow,
timely processing, and excellent employee service while maintaining
confidentiality and compliance with company policies.
Responsibilities: Collect, review, and validate employee timesheets
for accuracy, completeness, and proper approvals. Partner with
managers to resolve missing, incomplete, or incorrect timekeeping
data. Enter, update, or audit payroll?related information in
HRIS/timekeeping systems. Assist Payroll or HR leadership with
reconciliation of hours, overtime, and discrepancies. Serve as a
first point of contact for employee payroll inquiries and escalate
complex issues as needed. Support final payroll processing tasks
such as QC checks, reporting, or distributing confirmations (if
applicable). Maintain accurate and confidential employee
files-digital and physical-in compliance with regulatory
requirements. Prepare HR documents such as offer letters,
onboarding packets, and status change forms. Assist with
offboarding tasks including exit documentation, systems removal
requests, and file closure. Serve as a point of contact for general
HR inquiries and direct employees to appropriate resources.
Maintain HR data integrity across systems, running audits and
making corrections when necessary. Assist with HR reporting such as
headcount updates, PTO balance checks, timesheet compliance
reports, and other metrics. Support compliance initiatives
including annual audits, mandated trainings, and policy
dissemination. Participate in HR process improvements, system
implementations, or data clean?up initiatives. Support HR
leadership with ad?hoc tasks, presentations, or project
coordination. Qualifications : 1-3 years of HR, payroll, or
administrative experience. Strong attention to detail and data
accuracy. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
Proficiency with MS Office (especially Excel) and HRIS/timekeeping
systems. Hours: Part-time hours between 9:00am-5:00pm 25 hours per
