Job Description:
Fidelity Investments, a global leader in financial services and
asset management based in Boston, MA, is seeking a visionary Head
of Digital Asset Operating Platform to lead our blockchain-enabled
operations. This role involves overseeing the development and
implementation of blockchain technologies to innovate and enhance
our digital asset management capabilities. The successful candidate
will be at the forefront of deploying cutting-edge technologies to
create robust, secure digital asset solutions that align with
strategic business goals and comply with regulatory frameworks.
Develop and implement strategies for integrating blockchain
technology within digital asset operations. Lead cross-functional
teams in the design, development, and deployment of blockchain
solutions. Ensure alignment of blockchain initiatives with overall
business objectives and compliance standards. Collaborate with IT,
regulatory compliance, and business units to drive adoption of
blockchain. Stay abreast of emerging blockchain trends and
technologies and assess their applicability to business goals.
Manage budgeting and resource allocation for blockchain projects.
Provide thought leadership and advocacy for blockchain within the
organization. Report on project progress and strategic insights to
senior stakeholders. Strong understanding of blockchain technology
and digital currencies. Experience with blockchain platforms such
as Ethereum, Hyperledger, or similar. Proven ability to manage
large IT projects. Strong leadership skills and ability to drive
change in a complex environment. Excellent problem-solving,
strategic thinking, and communication skills. Medical Insurance
