Cullen and Dykman LLP, a full-service law firm serving clients
since 1850, is seeking a motivated attorney with strong commercial
litigation experience to join our Litigation practice group. This
role offers an opportunity for a litigator to join a sophisticated
litigation practice and expand her/his practice. Responsibilities
Apply litigation expertise to complex disputes including business
matters, employment disputes and probate litigation. Conduct legal
research and draft pleadings, motions, and briefs in both
litigation and advisory contexts. Participate in client meetings,
hearings, and court appearances as needed. Stay current on
developments in applicable law while expanding knowledge through
firm-provided training. Educational/Experience Requirements Juris
Doctor degree required with excellent academic credentials.
Admitted and in good standing in New Jersey. Minimum of 2 years of
commercial litigation experience. Excellent written and verbal
communication skills are essential. Strong professional judgment,
problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Ability to communicate
professionally with internal and external clients. Proactiveness,
resourcefulness, and a strong work ethic. Ability to work
