Job Description Job Description Description: RK Pharma Inc, a vertically integrated pharmaceutical company headquartered in NJ, is seeking an Shipping Associate to work with our growing Supply Chain Team as we scale towards commercial manufacturing in the next upcoming months.? As a company focused on the development, manufacturing and sale of high quality and affordable generic pharmaceutical products worldwide we are looking for sharp, driven, self-directed individuals to help us grow our mid-stage start-up team. This position is located in East Windsor, NJ and is required to be onsite. Requirements: If this sounds interesting to you, it’s probably because up to this point you have: High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field preferred. 1–3 years of experience in shipping, distribution, or warehouse operations — pharmaceutical or GMP-regulated experience preferred. Understanding of cGMP, GDP, FDA, and DOT requirements related to pharmaceutical product shipment. Experience with ERP or warehouse management systems (SAP) and shipping software (FedEx, UPS, LTL carriers). Familiarity with temperature-controlled shipping, labeling, and documentation for finished goods. Strong attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and other warehouse equipment (certification preferred). The main expectations and responsibilities for this position are: Prepare and ship finished goods, raw materials, and samples according to SOPs, customer requirements, and regulatory guidelines. Verify shipping documentation, lot numbers, and quantities against approved orders and batch records. Ensure packaging integrity, labeling accuracy, and proper handling of temperature-sensitive or hazardous materials. Maintain accurate shipping logs, bills of lading, and ERP transactions for full traceability. Coordinate with Quality Assurance and Logistics for product release and shipment authorization. Schedule pickups and manage domestic and international shipments with carriers in compliance with regulations. Inspect and maintain shipping areas and equipment to ensure cleanliness, safety, and readiness. Report and assist in investigating shipping discrepancies, damage, or deviations. Support cycle counts, inventory reconciliation, and warehouse organization as needed. Promote adherence to safety, compliance, and Good Distribution Practices (GDP) across all shipping operations.
