Summary: Under the direction of the Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for moving finished goods and raw materials between the Production floor and Warehouse areas, picking and packing orders to prepare for shipping, loading/offloading a variety of delivery trucks and bulk tankers, preparing samples, arranging freight movements, repacking materials and documenting all incoming and outgoing material. All company and governmental safety guidelines must be followed at all times while in the Warehouse. Benefits: Medical, Dental and Vision coverage Vacation, Personal and Sick Time Disability and Life Insurance 401k match Tuition Reimbursement Career advancement opportunities Pay rate $20-25/hr, depending on experience Main Responsibilities: Pick and pack inventory in preparation for dispatch Process dispatch paperwork for shipments Arrange transportation for select incoming and outgoing material Ensure dispatched materials meet Customer requirements for Quality and Accuracy Inspect and receive deliveries, log and put away inventory Move inventory and materials around the facility Manage incoming and outgoing bulk solutions Maintain inventory records, and log all completed tasks Maintain a clean and organized workspace Follow all health and safety procedures and regulations Required Skills/Abilities: High school degree or equivalent Current forklift license/ certification Excellent organizational skills, verbal and written communication skills Experience with computers, including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) Able to stand, sit, move, squat, walk, and climb repeatedly throughout the shift Can lift up to 50 pounds Valid driver’s license Luxfer MEL Technologies is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
