Our client, a leading cosmetics manufacturer, is seeking flexible warehouse associates to join their team. As a Flex associate , you will be part of the Production department supporting their packaging operations. The ideal candidate will be a team player, be able to lift 50-60 pounds without assistance , have good communication skills and be reliable and flexible, which will align successfully in the organization. Job title: Warehouse Associate Location: Bristol, Pennsylvania Pay: 16.50 per hour Shift: 2nd Shift- Sunday to Thursday 4:00pm- 12:30am What’s the Job? Order Fulfilment Packaging Quality Assurance Weighing and Scaling Material Assembly Each employee will actively participate in the Behavior Based Safety (BBS) program and is required to follow all safety practices and procedures. Description of Duties: Learn and follow Estee Lauder Environmental, Health and Safety policies as well as all OSHA rules and regulations. Follow good safety practices and use good safety work methods like the “seven steps to proper lifting.” For heavier cartons/objects has helper assist using “buddy lifting method.” What’s Needed? Ability to lift 50-60 pounds and the Ability to stand for long period of time. Must be at least 18 years of age.
