Job Summary/Company:

Sparks Group is seeking an Identity and Access Management Engineer/Analyst for a dynamic and long-standing financial services organization. This position may be located in either Downtown New York City, or Winston Salem, NC, and has an on-site requirement on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

The IAM Specialist will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, implementing, and integrating identity and access management frameworks, systems, and protocols. This position involves working with technologies such as CyberArk, SailPoint, Core Security IGA solutions, SSO, and MFA.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain identity and access management solutions and systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical and process-related IAM issues.
• Improve and automate IAM solutions for protection against evolving threats and efficiency.
• Perform access re-certifications for user access and roles.
• Support HR-related events such as onboarding, offboarding, and transfers of employees and contractors.
• Coach and train team members on IAM best practices. Qualifications/Background Profile:
  • 3 to 5 years of experience or equivalent combination of relevant professional experience and education.
  • Comprehensive knowledge and experience with authentication standards and technologies (e.g., multi-factor authentication, JSON Web Token).
  • Hands-on knowledge of IAM best practices, procedures, and software solutions (e.g., CyberArk, SailPoint, Courion/Core Security, LogRhythm, LDAP).
  • Extensive experience with IAM technology, including single sign-on (SSO), two-factor authentication, privileged access management, etc.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, and Javascript.
  • Experience with Windows, Linux/Unix, scripting (PowerShell, Perl), LDAP, SQL, and web services.
  • Knowledge of configuring and supporting RDP, SecureCRT, and PuTTY.
  • Certified Identity Management Professional (CIMP) is highly desirable.

    This job is Hybrid Remote.
    
    Pay Range: Salary $90,000.00 to $95,000.00
