By working together and pushing forward with innovation and discovery, we're driving precision and improving outcomes.We are looking to hire a team leader looking for a position within our transportation team!You Will:* Assists with the building of staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage for all department needs.* Maintains records of attendance and ensure staff are up-to-date on all required training, review time off requests and approvals and act as editor to MSK Time.* Maintains all spreadsheets in a neat, organized manner as appropriate including vehicle maintenance work orders* Analyzes, organizes, and prioritizes calls and data for physicians, technicians, administrators, and manager to ensure availability for use in tracking, trouble shooting and problem solving.* Maintains all spreadsheets in a neat, organized manner as appropriate including vehicle maintenance work orders* Run regular reports based on applicable data. Generate and send reports as requested.* Conduct department trainings as required.You Need:* Experience working as a team leader* Driver's License, Class D (Driver's License is preferred)* Proficiency in Microsof Excel and other applications* Excellent written and verbal communication skills* CDL Class C or higher w/Passenger Endorsement preferred.Work Schedule: Full-Time hours: Various shifts and open flexibility.
