-with-us Job Summary: The Coordinator is responsible for managing
the end-to-end sample lifecycle and cross-brand SKU support across
e.l.f. SKIN, Well People, and new business initiatives. This role
partners closely with internal cross-functional teams and
China-based stakeholders to request, track, and ship a wide range
of samples (components, cartons, and bulk product) for VM, PDP,
video, and campaign shoots, packaging refreshes, seasonal launches,
international SKU needs, and holiday programs. The Coordinator
maintains real-time tracking tools to ensure sample availability,
supports studio inventory readiness, and oversees packing and
logistics to keep production timelines on schedule. This role plays
a key part in ensuring accurate product representation, packaging
consistency, and on-time delivery of creative assets to support
retail and e-commerce launch deadlines Responsibilities: Lead the
full sample lifecycle for VM, PDP, and video shoots, Packaging
Refreshes, International SKUs, and Holiday campaigns Partner with
China teams and Project Managers to request, track, ship, and
receive all sample types (components, cartons, bulk) tailored to
each shoot’s needs Oversee and manage 600 SKUs across e.l.f.,
e.l.f. SKIN, Well People, and new brand initiatives across multiple
seasons Maintain and optimize trackers for real-time visibility of
incoming items, sample statuses, production priorities, and
potential issues Ensure accurate sample coverage for new shades,
seasonal line updates, and international SKU variations across
shoots and launches Audit and manage studio inventory by removing
outdated items, replenishing low stock, and organizing products for
VM, PDP, OM, still life, video, and campaign shoots Coordinate with
Warehouse teams to confirm packaging lots and SKUs are accessible
for domestic and international launches, hero products, and
upcoming campaigns Coordinate packing, unpacking, and shipment
logistics for all shoots, including full photoshoot shipments and
individual shipments from China Ensure Creative teams receive all
required samples on time to support production schedules and
prevent shoot delays Collaborate with Packaging, Project Managers,
and China teams to flag risks/delays early, prioritize critical
samples, and maintain shoot timelines Attend e-commerce meetings to
track PDP timelines and ensure assets/photos are delivered before
retail cut-off dates Partner with Art Directors to review creative
decks, confirm sample needs, and determine when components vs
bulk/final product versions are required Work with Production and
e-commerce teams to track deliverables, confirm timelines, and
ensure all content is finalized for launch Manage repacks, deco
updates, and international packaging variations to ensure
consistent and accurate packaging representation across samples
Review and approve packaging samples in real time with Packaging
teams to ensure final imagery aligns with approved product designs
and is shoot-ready Support initiatives such as Syndigo trials by
coordinating carton samples for PDP retailer site shoots and
ensuring designs are up to date Create and maintain a tracker for
China teams to clarify ongoing sample requests, including shoot
details, sample type needs, and production purpose Experience
supporting PDP rights management, including tracking and organizing
model releases and photo usage releases to ensure assets are
compliant and launch-ready Help facilitate the end-to-end
production pipeline by coordinating model castings, vetting talent
for brand alignment, and authoring detailed photoshoot call sheets
to ensure seamless on-set logistics and crew synchronization.
Requirements: 1 years of experience in sample coordination, product
operations, creative production, or e-commerce content support
(beauty/CPG preferred) Proven ability to manage high-volume
SKU/sample workflows (600 SKUs) across multiple brands and seasons
Experience owning the end-to-end sample lifecycle for VM, PDP, and
video shoots (requesting, tracking, shipping/receiving, shoot
readiness) Strong cross-functional communication skills, partnering
with Packaging, Creative, E-commerce, Warehouse, and China teams
Experience supporting PDP readiness and rights management,
including tracking and organizing model releases and photo usage
releases to ensure compliant, launch-ready assets The base salary
range for this role is listed above. Total compensation includes
base salary, annual company-based performance bonus, and equity.
Under e.l.f.’s annual bonus program, employees are eligible to earn
up to 200% of their target bonus when company performance exceeds
defined goals. In addition, e.l.f. provides a variety of other

compensation (including base salary) offered will be based on a
wide range of factors, including geographic location, experience,
