As we expand, we're looking for a passionate and driven Salesperson with a focus on packaging solutions to join our team! Job Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Salesperson to specialize in packaging solutions with a focus on luxury packaging, gift boxes, and ribbon. This role involves selling a wide variety of packaging products, including custom, eco-friendly, and specialty packaging. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales, a strong understanding of packaging materials, and the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. Key Responsibilities: Identify and target potential clients in need of luxury packaging solutions, including gift boxes and premium decorative packaging. Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients to understand their packaging needs. Present and sell a wide variety of packaging products, including custom gift boxes, high-end packaging materials, eco-friendly options, and luxury ribbon. Provide quotes, manage orders, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales process. Work closely with the design and production teams to ensure product specifications and timelines are met. Track and report on sales activities, customer interactions, and outcomes. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors to recommend the best packaging solutions. Participate in trade shows, networking events, and online marketing to promote our luxury packaging and gift box solutions. Qualifications: Proven sales experience in packaging, materials, or related fields is a plus. Strong understanding of luxury packaging types, including custom gift boxes, ribbon, and premium finishing touches. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships. Self-motivated with a track record of achieving sales goals. Strong organizational and time management skills.
