Developments Inc. is seeking a motivated Sales Representatives in
New Haven to join our team in a fast-paced, face-to-face
environment. This is a full-time, on-site role offering
professional growth within a performance-driven organization. As a
Sales Representative at Spartan Developments Inc., you will play a
key role in driving growth by representing business solutions and
maintaining a strong commitment to client satisfaction. Duties and
Responsibilities Engage with potential clients through face-to-face
interactions, providing comprehensive information about products
and services, with a focus on B2B promotion for services like
AT&T. Develop customized sales strategies based on market
research and the individual needs of clients to effectively promote
products and services. Maintain a thorough, in-depth knowledge of
the company’s offerings and trends in the industry to enhance sales
performance. Monitor competitive products and marketing activities
to capitalize on business opportunities and counteract potential
threats. Build and sustain long-term relationships with key
business clients to ensure continuity and recurring business. Meet
and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets, contributing to the
overall profitability of the company. Prepare and deliver
presentations to potential and existing clients on the technical
and financial benefits of products and services. Collaborate with
the marketing team to develop materials and tools necessary for
effective sales presentations. Participate in trade shows,
conferences, and networking events to build business connections
and report insights and opportunities back to management. Provide
detailed and accurate sales forecasts to the management team to
assist in business planning and risk assessment. Handle
administrative tasks associated with the role, such as processing
sales forms and keeping comprehensive records of sales activities.
Pay: $800-$1,250 (Weekly pay) Uncapped commission incentives

schedule 401(k) Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business
Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field is a plus but not
required . Proven work experience of at least 3 years as a Sales
Representative or Customer Service. Strong understanding of sales
techniques and strategies in a B2B context, with a proven track
record of achieving sales targets. Ability to deliver engaging
presentations to a variety of audiences, including high-level
executives. Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to close
deals effectively and efficiently. Strong organizational and time
management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects
concurrently. Motivation for sales, driven by targets and results,
with a persistent approach to engaging new and existing
clients.
