$125,500 - $225,000 yearly Responsibilities: Guide clients through
the buying, selling, leasing, or investing process in commercial
properties, ensuring a seamless experience. Build and nurture
strong relationships with landlords, tenants, buyers, and sellers
to expand your professional network. Conduct thorough market
research to identify and present the best opportunities that align
with clients' needs and goals. Collaborate with our team to develop
effective marketing strategies that enhance property visibility and
attract potential clients. Stay informed about industry trends and
local market conditions to provide clients with up-to-date insights
and advice. Negotiate terms and conditions of property
transactions, ensuring favorable outcomes for all parties involved.
Prepare and review necessary documentation, ensuring accuracy and
compliance with legal requirements and company policies.
Qualifications: Active Real Estate License. Experience in sales or
customer service, with a passion for building relationships.
Ability to conduct thorough market research and present findings
clearly. Proven track record of successful negotiation, ensuring
favorable outcomes for clients. Strong communication skills, both
verbal and written, to effectively liaise with clients and team
members. Familiarity with real estate market trends and local
conditions, or a willingness to learn. Ability to manage multiple
tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for marketing and
