Job Description Job Description We’re looking for a
detail-oriented, customer-focused professional to support and grow
our Full Truckload (FTL) client portfolio. This role is perfect for
someone passionate about logistics, problem-solving, and building
lasting relationships. What You’ll Do: Support daily operations –
order processing, shipment tracking, documentation Be the go-to
contact for clients – provide updates, resolve issues, ensure
satisfaction Build strong carrier partnerships – coordinate
pickups/deliveries & assist with rate negotiations Solve problems
proactively – manage transit delays, accessorial, delivery
exceptions Keep data sharp – maintain TMS records, reports, and
shipment performance Collaborate with teams – sales, ops, and
accounting for seamless service Support growth – assist in business
reviews & spotting new opportunities Handle after-hours calls on
rotation What We’re Looking For: The ideal candidate: 1–2 years’
experience in carrier sales/logistics coordination (brokerage
background required, ideally from a carrier sales/LC position)
Excellent communication & customer service skills Strong
problem-solving and critical-thinking ability Highly organized with
great time management Tech-savvy (Excel, Outlook, TMS experience a
plus) Knowledge of 3PL brokerage operations & FTL logistics
