Overview:AllSeason Solar & Roofing is currently seeking motivated
individuals to join our Roofing Sales team.We provide pre-set
appointments with a base plus commission. Benefits Paid Training
Pre-set Appointments Base Pay plus Uncapped Commission $75,000 -
$150,000 OTE (On Target Earnings) Health, Dental, Vision,
Prescription available Company Vehicle provided Gas Card and EZ
Pass Paid time off - PTO , Vacation and Holidays Responsibilities
Running and closing pre set roof appointments Meeting projected
sales targets Obtain all required sales documents via DocuSign or
E-signing Knowledgeable in web-based programs including Sales CRM
and G-Suite Cultivate referral opportunities from new and existing
clients. Negotiate pricing and terms of sales to close deals.
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
Qualifications Roofing Sales Experience plus Strong communication
and closing skills Ability to work independently and as part of a
team. Able to carry a ladder, climb a ladder and climb on to a roof
when needed. Proficient in Software - Roof measuring software tool,
Sales CRM, G suite etc., Minimum 5 days work for base pay. Valid
Driver License
