are seeking a reliable, organized, proactive and enthusiastic
Enrichment Program Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis.
This role is responsible for supporting classroom preparation,
transitions, group activities, general operations, and day-to-day
maintenance to ensure a high-quality experience for children and
staff. What Success Looks Like in This Role Success as a program

confidence over time. In this role, success looks like: Preparing
materials and supplies for daily group activities Ensuring
classrooms and common areas have necessary supplies (paper towels,
sanitizer, tissues, spray, brooms) Supporting morning transitions
unpack backpacks, organize lunches, ensure children are ready for
the day Leading circle time for various groups according to
schedule Assisting with snack setup and transitions between
activities Leading group movement or music activities Helping with
cleanup and preparation for snacks and lunches Maintaining
cleanliness and organization throughout classrooms and shared
spaces Supporting end-of-day tasks such as sweeping, sanitizing
tables, organizing toys, and restocking supplies Assisting in
preparing materials and activities for the next day Completing
weekly operational tasks (printing notes, updating needs list,
organizing snacks and supplies, and unpacking packages) We believe

Qualifications & What Were Looking For Were looking for a Program
Assistant who is dependable, compassionate, and excited to support
young children through meaningful, play-based care. Experience is
important, but mindset, reliability, and a willingness to learn

working with young children (preferred, but not required) Strong
organizational skills and attention to detail The ability to follow
schedules and routines independently A positive, patient,
proactive, and team-oriented attitude Comfort with the physical
aspects of the role (moving materials, setting up spaces) Basic
communication skills to interact with children and staff Ability to
pass a background check and obtain any required childcare
clearances Nice to have (but not required): Experience working with
toddlers or young children Experience with operational success We

every qualification listed. A Day in the Life as a Program
Assistant Your day centers on preparation, organization, and
supporting smooth transitions so the space is ready for children to
learn, play, and connect. Each morning begins with setting up the
environment. You prepare materials and supplies for daily group
activities and ensure classrooms and common areas are fully stocked
with essentials like paper towels, sanitizer, tissues, spray, and
brooms. You support morning arrivals by unpacking backpacks,
organizing lunches, and helping children feel ready for the day.
Throughout the day, you will: Prepare and organize materials for
scheduled group activities Lead circle time for various groups
according to the daily schedule Support snack setup and transitions
between activities Lead group movement or music activities Maintain
cleanliness and organization across classrooms and shared spaces
Assist with cleanup and preparation for lunch As the day winds
down, you help reset the space by sweeping, sanitizing tables,
organizing toys, and restocking supplies. You also assist in
preparing materials and activities for the following day so the
team is set up for success. In addition to daily responsibilities,
you complete weekly operational tasks such as printing notes,
updating supply and snack needs lists, organizing materials, and
unpacking packages. Each day is grounded in consistency, attention
to detail, and teamwork. You leave knowing your preparation and
support helped the day run smoothly from start to finish. What We
