Job Description Job Description Direct Support Professional (DSP) - Multiple Locations Across PA Are you ready to do meaningful work, make a difference, and be part of a team that actually cares? We're looking for Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) across Pennsylvania to join us in supporting people with intellectual and developmental disabilities in living full, connected lives in their homes and communities. We have openings in multiple counties and settings - some in homes, some out in the community. Some positions require the use of your own vehicle (don't worry, we reimburse mileage). If you're driving, you'll need: A reliable vehicle Valid driver's license Up-to-date insurance, registration, and inspection What You Might Be Doing: In-Home and Community Supports (IHCS): Helping folks build skills and do the things they care about inside the home and out in the world. Companion Services: Providing supervision and a steady presence for people who benefit from support with safety and engagement. Community Participation Supports (CPS): Connecting people with their communities through volunteering, recreation, and experiences that matter to them. Who We're Looking For: We love experienced DSPs who already know the ropes-and we love training new people who are curious, compassionate, and coachable.
