proven experience managing both front-of-house and back-of-house

Responsibilities: Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring
efficiency, consistency, and quality service Lead, train, and
motivate staff to uphold hospitality standards and company policies
Support General Manager with scheduling, payroll, and labor
management Manage inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships to
ensure quality and cost control Monitor financial performance,
including sales, budgets, and cost management Uphold health,
safety, and sanitation standards in compliance with local
regulations Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally to
ensure satisfaction and loyalty Assist with implementing marketing
initiatives and special promotions to drive sales Qualifications: 2
years of restaurant management experience in a high-volume or
upscale casual dining environment Strong leadership and
communication skills with the ability to inspire a team Proven
ability to manage financial performance and operational metrics
